Want to form a Country Music Band?

I am a 18 yr old guy who loves to sing country and playing country
music. I sing and play in my local pubs and clubs (W.Midlands) and now
want to take it further.
But to do this I need a band behind me. I have some funding to
intially get started.
Those who are interested need to share my passion for country / irish
music and have skill in there instrument. The rewards are potentially
exciting.
