I'm a solo artist - what equipment do I need to gig?

I make the backing tracks for my music, I would like to use these
whilst singing live as it is not possible for me to play the music
live on a keyboard.

I have an interface / amp which I was going to hook my mic up to,
along with speakers and my laptop (to play the music tracks from).

Is there anything missing from this set up? and is it acceptable to
sing over a backing track?
